Abstract. This research article analyzes the lexical representation of the concept of "diversity" in the workplace, in particular in articles and publications published in the Harvard Business Review. The article examines the specifics of the use of the concept of "diversity" in the Harvard Business Review and explores the lexical features used to describe and analyze this concept. The authors use a variety of methods, including lexical semantics, critical discourse analysis, statistical analysis, and data visualization to uncover important aspects of the lexical representation of diversity. The importance and relevance of studying the lexical representation of the concept of "diversity" in the modern business environment are emphasized.
